Who you’ll be working with
Forty years in technology. Twenty-five of them in one industry.
Most consultants arrive with a framework. David arrives having lived the problem. From 1996 to 2021 he was the senior-most technology executive at Dental Services Group — one of the largest dental laboratory networks in North America — reporting directly to the CEO and supporting more than forty facilities across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
In that quarter century he integrated twenty-three acquisitions and thirty-two location moves, ran the full ERP lifecycle from vendor evaluation through optimization, deployed the company’s first customer-facing portal, and delivered multi-million-dollar savings through virtualization and cloud-based disaster recovery. He led information technology through the April 2021 combination with National Dentex, which created the largest dental laboratory network in the country by location count.
He has since served as CTO of a nine-state law firm and as VP of Information Systems for Desktop Metal’s dental laboratory business. Before all of it, he founded and ran two software companies as President and CEO. He has been the vendor, the operator, and the client — which is usually why he can see where a project is going to go wrong before it does.
